HIMO WORLD OPEN BETA LAUNCH
Himo World Open Beta has officially been available with a whole new thrilling experience this summer. All Summoners now have access to new features and enhancements in the gameplay system, including:
1️. Hero Progression System
This new system in Open Beta allows Heroes to level up. At higher levels, the Heroes will also become stronger and increase the summoner’s max HP.
In the Open Beta, Summoners can craft skills for your Hero, ranging from 3–4 slots. Slot 1 will always be that Hero’s Signature Skill. Each Hero needs to reach a certain level to unlock the slot for acquiring new skills:
- Normal Heroes have 3 Skill slots
- Genesis Heroes can possess up to 4 Skill slots
For crafted skills, they will be triggered in different ways, specifically as follows:
- Slot 1: Signature skill.
- Slot 2 (require Hero at level 10): Trigger on Attacking
- Slot 3 (require Hero at level 15): Trigger on Sacrifice
- Slot 4 (require Hero at level 20) (Genesis Heroes): Trigger when being attacked.
When reaching the required Level, Summoners can use Gold to unlock the Skill slot for the Hero.
Your Heroes now can also learn new skills. When a Hero learns a skill, the skill is chosen randomly with a fixed rate (details description in skill card pack).
You can also discard a Skill crafted with the Forget feature. Each time you forget, the cost will increase over time. Each hero has a limited number of discarding skills (depending on hero type): Legendary heroes 10 times, Genesis heroes 5 times, and normal heroes 3 times.
Gold is released as a brand new in-game utility with a lot of benefits to players in the game economy, especially with new features in this Open Beta. This usability will also significantly contribute to the Create-to-Earn model in Himo World. Summoners can earn Gold by participating in the matches, and you will receive the amount of Gold after each match corresponding to the match result and rank. After a match, the player with the higher rank can receive more gold.
3. Hero Perks & Roster Synergy
In Open Beta, each class/race will have its own perk/synergy. All players must combine a good roster to activate all synergy that is comfortable with our heroes’ players.
A perk is the unique passive of a race or class, which will show salient features of the race or class.
For example, Knight can reduce 15% of attack damage received.
Synergy is the buff that will activate when the team has a roster to satisfy Synergy’s requirements.
For example, when your roster has 4 Heroes from the same race of Human, you will receive the perfect synergy called “Stand Together”.
4. Expansion of Rank Tiers
In this Open Beta version, the ranking system is expanded with more hectic challenges. There will be 8 Rank tiers: Beginner, Apprentice, Adept, Magnus, Disciple, Master, GrandMaster, and Legendary.
Each rank tier has 5 levels. Summoners can move up the rank when reaching the rank point required.
At the end of each season, Summoners will receive a promising ranking reward.
5. Open Beta Main Season Bonus Rewards
Players will compete for a prize in 6 weeks, the top 100 players on the leaderboard will receive the weekly bonus rewards:

🪄 About Himo World
Himo World is an NFT game that features deck building, strategy mechanics combined with a match-3 gameplay. It’s super easy to play, but unlike other casual match 3 games, it’s hard to master. The game features Free-to-Play, Create-to-Earn, and a new way to earn which we believe will become the next trend in NFT gaming: Compete-to-Earn. Additionally, we have multiple game modes, including PvE with Rogue-like and PvP, Seasonal Ranking system, Tournament, Items staking, and even more will come in the future.
